Speakers and biographies from the 2025 programme:

Ye Zuo — Founder & CEO, OMNI Music
Founder of China’s OMNI MUSIC, Ye leads renowned venues such as OMNI SPACE and OMNI CLUB, operating across Beijing, Guangzhou, and Chengde. His company also runs VIBEZ Music Label and an in-house acoustic tech team, redefining how independent sound and spatial design merge in China’s live scene.

Wei Shan — Co-founder, Midi Group Companies（迷笛音乐集团）
A veteran of China’s music and festival industry, Wei co-founded Midi Group, the team behind China’s first-ever open-air rock festival. Over the past two decades, he has produced dozens of major Midi Festivals nationwide, shaping the rise of live music culture, outdoor festivals, and modern music education in China.

Zhong Ren — Founder, Muhuo Tongming（木火彤明）
With 20+ years of experience in live performance, content production, and event operations, Ren founded Muhuo Tongming in 2024 to create innovative concert experiences and full-scale event strategies. His team has produced over 60 shows across Greater China, known for precision, creativity, and large-scale execution.
