Before receiving a full scholarship to Berklee College of Music to further his studies in the United States, Liu was already recognized as one of China’s most promising young jazz pianists. He has held successful solo concerts at Blue Note Jazz Clubs in both Beijing and Shanghai, performing original compositions such as I’m Losing You, Home, and Memory.
