Your efforts to promote artistic expression and to preserve and share the rich cultural traditions of the Asian community have greatly enriched the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Commonwealth thanks you for your dedication to fostering creativity, unity and cross-cultural understanding through the art of music.
